You can now use this popular ridesharing app to get around the Island with no issues.
But I’ll give you the heads up now, its not the cheapest way to get around and they are just regular taxis.
Uber hasn’t always had the best reputation in certain parts of the world but Greece seems to have cracked the code.
It appears that many regular taxi drivers are affiliated with Uber.

Rhodes Old Town is one of the most popular places to stay so you will find plenty of transport options available (including Uber).
Without renting a car in most of the Greek Islands, especially Rhodes, getting a taxi is the quickest and most convenient way to get from the airport.
For a one-way journey from Rhodes Airport directly to Rhodes Old Town, your Taxi will cost around €30.
I always think it’s a good idea to discuss with your driver before you start your journey where exactly you are going and show them your Hotel address.

And one of the most budget-friendly is Rhodes’ public transport system.
Using the public transport system in Rhodes can be a great way to get around the island without spending a lot of money. The most popular way to travel is by bus.
The average bus ticket is around €2-€3 so is a great way to get around Rhodes for Cheap. And is a way cheaper alternative for Uber.
Not only are the buses very affordable, but they can take you to most places on the island. However, keep in mind that they can get quite crowded during peak season, so be prepared for that.
The most popular Public buses are with KTEL RHODES SA. The main bus station is in Rhodes town, but the buses go all over the Island.
Most towns and villages in Rhodes have at least one bus stop that makes it easy to get around without using taxis or Uber.
