Spend the day at Cocodrilo Park Gran Canaria
I was a bit sceptical about visiting here, but it is a great day out for all and a fantastic place to visit in Gran Canaria!
Cocodrilo Park is a great place to visit if you’re looking for a fun and educational experience. The park is home to a variety of crocodiles, including some of the largest in the world. In addition to getting up close and personal with these amazing creatures, you can also learn about their habitat and diet.
Cocodrilo Park is also home to a number of other animals, including monkeys, parrots, and iguanas.
Most imagine this being the perfect place for just children to visit. And even though it is great for children, it caters to all!
In the peak season and when temperatures are hot, I highly recommend booking your tickets in advance so you can skip the line.
I wish I booked my tickets in advance, waiting in the hot temperatures with a huge line of people in front of me wasn’t fun!

This is one of the most beautiful sites on the Island!
Found in the Mountain town of Arucas, you will find Iglesia de San Juan Bautista standing proudly from wherever you look.
You can tour this impressive church and learn about its history and role within Gran Canaria (most tours and in Spanish, English or German). Even though this is a great way to spend a few hours, you will be just as impressed by exploring the outside.
